What you get

Works with the app you already use

Standard IMAP and SMTP. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app on Android, Mail on iPhone. We give you the settings; nobody has to learn new software.

Set up correctly, by construction

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are generated for your domain and checked against your real nameservers before we switch anything on. This is the part that decides whether your mail lands in the inbox, and it is the part most people get wrong.

Spam filtered on the way in

Inbound mail is scored and filtered before it reaches you, so the mailbox stays usable without anyone maintaining a rule list.

Naira pricing, Paystack billing

One monthly charge in your own currency, on a card or account that already works. No dollar billing, no foreign transaction fees, no exchange-rate surprise.

Setting it up

Three steps, and the middle one is the only one that involves your registrar. Numbered because the order genuinely matters — mail cannot be delivered until the DNS is live.

  1. 01

    Add your domain

Type the domain you already own. Nothing changes yet — adding a domain proves nothing and moves no mail.

  2. 02

Paste the DNS records we show you

One MX record, one SPF record, three DKIM records. We check your domain's own nameservers every few minutes and tell you the moment they are live.

  3. 03

    Create the mailboxes

Each one works immediately, with the settings for Outlook and for phones on the same screen.

Pricing

One charge a month for the whole plan. Every mailbox on a plan gets the full storage below — it is not shared out between them.

Not built yet

What we are working on, listed here rather than in the feature list above, because you should not pay for something that does not exist yet.

Webmail

Read and send in the browser, without setting up a mail app first. Until it ships, every mailbox works in Outlook, Apple Mail and on phones.

We move your old mail across

The real reason businesses stay on a provider they have outgrown. We copy your existing mail over and confirm it arrived.

Plain-language DMARC reports

“Last week, four systems sent email claiming to be you. Three are yours. One is not.” The data already arrives as XML nobody can read.

Impersonation warnings

A banner when a message claims to be from your MD but was sent from a free webmail account — the fraud that actually takes money out of Nigerian businesses.

Questions

Do I need to move my website?
No. Mail and websites are separate records in DNS. We only add mail records; whatever serves your site keeps serving it.
Will my mail go to spam?
That is mostly decided by SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the reputation of the server your mail leaves from. We configure all four and will not activate a domain until we have confirmed the records are live at your nameservers.
What happens to a mailbox I delete?
It stops receiving immediately, and the mail stays on disk for 30 days in case it was a mistake. After that it is permanently deleted.
Can I use my own mail app?
Yes, and most customers do. It is standard IMAP and SMTP over TLS — the settings screen gives you the host, ports and username to paste in.
Who is behind this?
Meghee Mail is operated by Cloudnotte, a Nigerian software company. Support is in Nigerian business hours, by people you can reach.
